PRACTICAL INFORMATION

 

Campus Condorcet Conference Center is located on Place du Front Populaire in Aubervilliers. If you are coming from line 12, take exit 2, Waldeck Rochet. The Conference Center is just to your left.Design_sans_titre_28_1.png

 

 

The various activities of the conference will be held in the following spaces:

 

  • Amphitheater 250: plenary lectures, plenary round tables, ceremonies.
  • Rooms 3.01, 3.02, 3.03, and 3.05: round tables and workshops.
  • Hall: exhibition on French research sites in Brazil and book sales.
  • Foyer area: welcome breakfasts and coffee breaks during the three days.


The opening of the Warmikuna exhibition will take place at the Maison des Sciences de l'Homme Paris Nord, one street behind the conference center. At the entrance, take the elevator to the top floor to reach the panoramic room.

 

Right next to the conference center is the Faculty Club (entrance to the Maison des Chercheurs), where the cocktail reception will be held on Thursday, October 2.

 

For the closing musical evening, you will need to take a bus (or car) to get to Point Fort d'Aubervilliers.

For lunch, make the most of the partnership between the Institut des Amériques and La Royaltine!

 

The La Royaltine bakery/pastry shop, located at 28 rue Waldeck Rochet (at the exit of metro line 12 Front Populaire, next to the Conference Center), offers a 15% discount on its sandwich, drink, and dessert menu upon presentation of the badge given to participants of the 2025 IdA Congress. You will find a selection of sandwiches (vegetarian, ham, rosette) and desserts (millefeuille, éclairs).
